Legal Ethics: Rules, Statutes, and Comparisons

Legal Ethics: Rules, Statutes, and Comparisons is a resource for lawyers, law professors, and students. It contains a detailed analysis of the American Bar Association and California ethics rules, comparisons among those rules, and detailed comparisons and analysis between old and new ABA and California rules. It was first published in 1995 and, with a few exceptions, it has been updated annually by Richard Zitrin, lead author, and his various co-authors. It is also used to supplement the Legal Ethics in the Practice of Law textbook.
